The OSU Couple and Family Therapy Clinic Standard Rates and Income Based Fee Structure

All initial therapy intakes are $25.00.
Our flat rate fee for a 50-minute session is $100 (intern) $150 (licensed therapist) $200 (faculty)
OSU undergraduate student rate per 45–50-minute session: $20
OSU Faculty, Staff, & Graduate Student rate per 45–50-minute session:
Combined Income – $20 Discount off the designated session fee
If this session fee is cost prohibitive, we operate from the following income-based fee structure.

These fees apply to individual 50-minute sessions of:
- Individual Therapy
- Couples Therapy
- Family Therapy without patient present
- Relationship/Family Therapy
- Crisis Intervention
- Diagnostic Assessment
- Single session Therapy (One at a Time) sessions
Group Therapy is $50 per client system for each session.
Clients who cancel or miss an appointment without 24-hour notice will be charged a missed appointment fee in the amount of their full session fee.
