The OSU Couple and Family Therapy Clinic Standard Rates and Income Based Fee Structure

All initial therapy intakes are $25.00.
Our flat rate fee for a 50-minute session is $100 (intern) $150 (licensed therapist) $200 (faculty)
OSU undergraduate student rate per 45–50-minute session: $20
OSU Faculty, Staff, & Graduate Student rate per 45–50-minute session:
Combined Income – $20 Discount off the designated session fee
If this session fee is cost prohibitive, we operate from the following income-based fee structure.

Unemployed:
- Individual = $0
- Couple = $0 for the unemployed + income $ for other
- If both partners are unemployed the fee remains $0 until there is a change in income.

- If both partners are unemployed the fee remains $0 until there is a change in income.
Undocumented:
- Individual = $0
- Couple = $0 for the unemployed + income $ for other
- If both partners are undocumented the fee remains $0 until there is a change in income
These fees apply to individual 50-minute sessions of:
- Individual Therapy
- Couple Therapy
- Couples who live separately will be assessed for a fee based on the highest income in the couple.
- Should one of the partners become an individual client for individual work, their fee would be assessed upon their income.
- Family Therapy
- Crisis Intervention
- Diagnostic Assessment
- Single Session Therapy (One at a Time) sessions
Group Therapy is $50 per client system for each session.
The Premarital Package is charged a one time intake fee of $150 for a 5-session package including access to RELATE assessment (missed session/late cancellation fee for subsequent premarital sessions is $25)
*** There is not OSU student/staff/faculty discount for the premarital package.
The full session fee will be charge for all missed appointments without 24-hour notice
OSU Affiliate Discount
- OSU undergraduate student rate per 45–50-minute session: $20

- Combined Income – $20 Discount off the designated session fee
** Discount cannot be reduced more OR less than $20 for individuals or couples. **
Supervision and Presentation Rates
- Individual Supervision rate is $100 an hour. Group supervision rate $75 an hour.
- Continuing education rate is $25 an hour for licensed Social Workers, Counselors, and MFTs
- Continuing education rate is $10 an hour for students (OH Social Workers, Counselors, MFTs)
- Agency Presentation is $3000 per hour
- Agency Supervision is $250 per hour
