MANAGING YOUR MENTAL HEALTH SKILLS GROUP
The OSU Couple and Family Therapy Clinic is offering a 8-week Mental Health Skills Group in Fall 2024 . Our groups are inclusive of all persons and led by faculty and masters-level students. By acquiring new coping skills, the participants will learn to better manage mental health by changing their thoughts and emotions while improving their overall well-being and self-image. These skills include mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance. This group is for students, staff, and community members to come together to build their skills in a safe and accepting environment.
Those interested in enrolling in this group should send an email to CFTclinic@osu.edu or call 614-292-3671 to express your interest. The cost for participating in this 8-week group is $125 per person; however, financial assistance is available if needed.
